Broad Ripple Parking Garage Forum Tomorrow

Tuesday, July 19, the Broad Ripple Village Association is holding a forum to discuss the proposed Broad Ripple parking garage. It'll be at the Indianapolis Art Museum, 820 East 67th Street, at 7pm.

If you have an opinion (I sure do, and I'll go more in-depth in a post tomorrow), please show up and voice your thoughts.

  1. I have an opinion, but I won't be going. Don't need to get my photo taken by the GOP and get stuck on a list for "extra attention."

  2. I wouldn't worry about that. the county GOP are a pretty disorganized bunch. I'd be surprised if anyone besides a couple of Ballard's people even consider going.

  3. The BVRA represents the business owners, not the residents. Good luck getting any balance out of the meeting.

I'm looking forward to your post.

  4. and Ballard represents the interests of Keystone construction. It will be a love fest for Ballard. Well seeded with Keystone folks.

  5. see you there.

  6. Pat, I've had limited but mixed experienced with the BRVA in the past. But it's the only type of public forum being held. I'm not even sure if this parking garage is getting a council vote, so I'll take what I can get.
