According to commentator Marycatherine Barton, and other comments I'm seeing posted on The Indianapolis Star's site and Facebook, there will be some rally at 7pm. Both Monument Circle and the City-County Building are mentioned as rallying points. It's focus is to collect signatures to pressure IMPD into doing a thorough investigation.
